5. Replace Comparisons With Self-Appreciation
Intentionally redirect thoughts from judging your own or others' figures to recognizing all the wonderful qualities your body allows you to experience.

Getting judged is unfortunately part of life. But your self-worth shouldn't depend on meeting unrealistic, airbrushed standards of physical "perfection."
